At Larsen Jewellery, we always want your jewellery to look its best.  As a part of our exceptional customer service, every ring and piece of jewellery we create comes with a lifetime of annual polishing and plating, to keep it looking new forever.

We also include one free resize with any engagement, wedding or dress ring purchase within the first three months of your purchase (eternity rings with diamonds set the whole way round excluded).

We are committed to providing excellent service throughout the life of your engagement ring, wedding rings, or other jewellery item. Just as you bring your car to the mechanic for an annual check-up, you can bring in your Larsen made jewellery for its annual check-up.  This service is provided free of charge to all our clients who have purchased jewellery from us or made their rings during the Wedding Ring Experience.

Over the course of a couple of days, we will repolish any scratches from the surface, check the settings, and replate the metal as necessary to ensure that everything is looking just as good as the day you bought it.  This is also a good time to bring in any other pieces of jewellery that you’d like us to repair.  Our team of skilled jewellers will complete all of your repairs and maintenance onsite so your jewellery will be back to you in no time at all.

During our yearly maintenance, we can also discuss any new ideas for jewellery that you might be interested in purchasing or having custom made as a gift for yourself or someone else.  Some of our clients choose to take this opportunity to create a surprise gift for their partner, such as an eternity band to match their wedding and engagement rings.
