From the very beginning the staff were helpful and accommodating. What is your return policy for online orders?

We offer a 30 day return policy when you buy a wedding ring online. (Please note, this excludes rings that have been engraved, resized or have been personalised in any way). For more information on our return policy please view our policy page here.

Is your shipping insured?

Yes, for your peace of mind, all our packages shipped are fully insured up to the point of delivery and are tracked using Australia Post. A signature will be required upon delivery. It is important to note that once the delivery has been signed for, the insurance period ends- even if someone other than the addressee signs for it, so we recommend that you choose your delivery address carefully and ensure it is a secure location. What if the ring I buy online doesn't fit?

It’s not always easy to get the size right first go, especially when you’re planning a surprise proposal. Fortunately, all our online engagement ring orders come with one free resize within 60 days from order delivery or pickup. Simply contact your local studio to book in a resizing consultation. What if my engagement ring doesn't fit a straight wedding band?

When you buy a wedding ring online from Larsen Jewellery, you’re able to choose from a range of wedding rings that suit a straight engagement ring band. If your engagement ring requires something that’s custom fitted, we recommend reaching out to your nearest studio to find out what designs are suitable, or if one might need to be custom made for you.
