We tried their make your own rings experience for our wedding rings. It was a full day where we had an expert jeweller with us the whole time, guiding and teaching us and making sure the quality of the rings are maintained. We had such a wonderful experience working with Larsen on my engagement ring. Fleur was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, from design to finish. We didn't have a clear picture in mind of what we were after but Fleur helped us explore and narrow down our options with such ease. The ring was also finished ahead of schedule, which worked perfectly for us. We also loved that there was complete transparency throughout the process and absolutely no pressure for any upselling, only our personal interests in mind. I couldn't recommend Larsen enough.

I attended the shop without an appointment as I did not realise one was required and from the moment I walked in, they were so warm and accommodating. I initially attended as I was seeking a designer and jewller that could turn some coral into jewllery and in the process realised they were the people who I wanted to make my precious memorial pendant. When I explained what I wanted to do and the unfortunate circumstances behind it, the compassion and drive to design and make it perfectly was beautiful. I requested they took photos of the jewllery from in original state to its new form and that, once again, was warmly received with the photos being of an outstanding quality also. The pendant was absolutely perfect and we continue to work towards the design of the coral jewllery.

I went to Larsen Jewellery to have some old rings made into a new ring. From the first appointment Emma put so much care and thought into what I was looking for and I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. The ring is stunning, exactly what I wanted, and couldn't have turned out better. The end to end experience was fantastic, everyone I dealt with throughout the process was lovely and made it a great experience. I highly recommend Larsen Jewellery if you are after something special and beyond expectation.

What more can be said for Larsen aside from 'excellence'? I walked in with a vague idea, and Pheobe in the Sydney office brought it to life before my eyes. If you're going to spoil your significant other, the custom options are incredible. There are also some quite fairly priced options, or the sky is the limit if you want that. I had thought i'd be hurting on the price, but honestly it was almost half of what I expected for a totally custom piece. My other half isn't big on diamonds, but they had a wonderful selection of ethically sourced stones and the production is all carbon neutral, it's also all made on site. The timing was also phenomenal, maybe I got lucky but it was maybe two months? Customer support, also top notch. They offer full digital renders, and Pheobe edited a picture of the stone onto the image when I was worried about the colour of the stone to ease my thoughts. The packaging was also very thoughtful and well made. It all led to a damn near perfect proposal and it fit her perfectly! Do yourself a favour, and just go have a chat with them and see what's possible.

Larsen are incredible - 5/5 stars for quality, service, and ease. They were phenomenal to work with. Jacinta helped my wife and I design unique one of a kind pieces for our wedding day; her designs were amazing and we absolutely adore our pieces! When I arrived she was easy to speak to, gave me lots of options to try on, and was clear with designs and pricing. It was a great atmosphere and comfortable for couples. I went with Celeste to have a custom ring designed for my fiancè, I visited quite a few jewellers around the city and within 5 minutes of meeting her, I knew this who I was going to go with (and the cost was pretty much on par with the far less personalised experience I got at other stores). She is a lovely person, a clear communicator and really truly loves what she does. Then there was the ring, it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. My partner thinks so too, I cannot recommend the services of Larsen enough. Don't waste time going to lots of places like I did, this is THE PLACE.

Throughout the entire design, diamond sourcing, and manufacturing process, Mimi was an absolute pleasure to work with. We bought our gorgeous wedding pieces from Celeste at Larsen. Celeste helped my husband create a custom engagement ring using a diamond from his mum’s first engagement ring. I recently had some diamonds made into a design I had previously seen on Larsen website. I met with Ben to initially discuss my ideas and talk through designs and he then drew up a design with a couple of basket options. Once a design was decided upon it went to manufacture. Ben kept me posted about the progress and expected completion date which was accurate and I picked up my ring at the expected time. Thank you Ben for your patience and attention to creating an absolutely gorgeous piece of jewellery.

If we could give 10 stars, we would! Everything was perfect for the creation of our wedding and engagement rings. Jacinta was so knowledgeable and so wonderful to communicate with and even taught us about the differences between types of diamonds and gold, showing us computerised images so that we could make informed decisions on what we preferred. We asked for a tight deadline for our custom made rings and everything was done to provide us with our rings in our requested timeframe. The whole experience was lovely and we highly recommend Jacinta and Larson Jewellery for any jewellery you may wish to have made. We are very happy clients! :-)

From start to finish Larsen & Georgia were amazing. Georgia helped me learn about the diamonds. She sourced 3 diamonds for an engagement ring. The location of the studio is excellent. I proposed to my partner with a cubic zirconia ring and then we later designer it together in the studio with the selected diamond. Overall very happy and the process was super easy with Georgia. Super responsive & easy to worth with. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an engagement ring.

My partner and I decided to go on a tour of melbourne jewellers and stumbled across Larsen towards the end of our day. We were looking for a custom made engagement ring and this place blew every other place out the water - admittedly we were a but intimidated walking into the place but were instantly made to feel at ease by Alex who handled the situation incredibly well. We had a brief idea of what we wanted but Alex asked all the right questions and showed us different compositions and ended up sketching the ring for us and ordering in some stones, all before we paid a cent. We then went in when the stones arrived and OMG. It was perfect, I paid the deposit on the spot, and Bang - the *INCREDIBLE* ring was ready after a couple of months! I cant thank you enough for such an amazing experience. If anyone is thinking about getting a bespoke ring made to fit at a really solid price, don’t hesitate to give these guys a visit! We were so lucky to have found Ben at Larsen Jewellery. My partner had a unique engagement ring design and the minute Ben saw the reference photo he was confident he knew exactly what she wanted. To sit down with a jeweller (while watching another work in the studio) was completely different to the showroom/salesperson experience we had at other companies. Ben knew what my partner wanted in terms of design but also clearly understood the style and feeling she was going for (if that makes sense). Dealing directly with the jeweller guided us on what would/wouldn’t work and we trusted Ben’s experience to bring out the best in the ring. Any nervousness we had while waiting vanished when we saw the ring for the first time: stunning workmanship, the exact feeling/design my partner was going for and an incredibly natural fit. Luckily my partner fell in love with it the minute she saw it and over the last few months I believe she loves it even more as it slowly becomes a part of her. It took us over a year to decide on who to entrust but from our first consultation at Larsen we knew we had finally found our place and it was all down to Ben’s experience, approach and love for his craft. What an incredible experience working with Larsen, especially Alex. Prior to coming to Larsen we visited about 8 different diamond boutiques in Melbourne, it was only here we were lucky enough to work directly with the person creating our engagement ring not just a salesperson. I recently had a custom ring made at Larsen, and my experience was fantastic. I shared my ideas for the setting and stones with Ben, who patiently walked me through the options and created hand drawn sketches. He was kind, very responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every step of the process. We ended up changing one of the gemstones once the ring was already completed, and the adjustment was handled quickly and seamlessly. I couldn’t be happier with the result - highly recommend!

We didn't really have our mind set on a specific design and changed direction a couple of times but Rachel was very lovely, professional and patient in helping us choosing. We felt really comfortable, not rushed and it was really fun to try different designs.
