Fleur was magnificent from start to finish! Her gentle questioning and curiosity led the redesign of my very special pieces. I now have a beautiful new piece containing all the sentimentality of the originals. Thank you x

My husband and I are quite laid-back by nature and he even forgot that we needed wedding rings for the big day. He found Larsen Jewellery very last minute and we’re so grateful for their amazing and flexible service.

One of my wishes was to experience making our rings together, and Larsen made that possible. The whole experience was meaningful and memorable. Special thanks to Alex for being so clear, patient and helpful throughout the process. The staff who guided us during the ring-making session were also incredibly nice, patient and fun to work with. I’m sorry for forgetting your name, but we truly appreciate you.

Highly recommend Larsen Jewellery

Explore Our Rose Gold Wedding Rings

Rose Gold is increasing in popularity for wedding rings and is a softer alternative to yellow gold as it tends to suit a wider variety of skin tones. An alloy of 75% pure gold and 25% other strengthening metals, including silver and copper, 18ct provides an ideal combination of strength and purity and is perfect for everyday wear.

The range of Rose Gold wedding rings shown on our website is only a small selection of what is possible, and we encourage you to come in and speak to one of our jewellers, who will help you choose a Rose Gold wedding band that is perfect for you. Whether you choose to make the rings yourselves in our Wedding Ring Experience, or have one of our team of jewellers make them for you, you can be assured your rings will be of the highest quality, and as unique as your relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? We’re happy to answer them!

Does an 18CT rose gold wedding ring require plating?

No, rose gold does not require plating. Unlike, white gold is typically plated with rhodium to preserve the metal’s signature silver-gold appearance, rose gold, which takes its colour from the addition of copper to gold, will retain its warm pink tones without plating.

Why are your rose gold wedding rings typically made with 18ct rose gold?

Being an alloy of gold and copper, no rose gold can be 24ct gold. We find that 18ct gold (an alloy of 75% gold and 25% copper or other metals) offers the perfect combination of purity, gorgeous pink hue, and durability. Compared to lower carat alloys of rose gold, 18ct is well-suited to resist damage across a lifetime of wear.

Are rose gold wedding rings popular?

Yes, rose gold wedding rings are certainly popular. Those looking for an alternative to traditional yellow gold often turn to the unique colour of rose gold, as this metal has a romantic, bohemian quality and is often considered a symbol of love and passion. Rose gold, with its iconic shade of blush pink, is also well-suited to a range of gemstone colours and setting styles, offering endless choices for those looking to create custom rose gold wedding bands.

How does the durability of rose gold wedding rings compare to rings made with other metals?

Rose gold is high quality precious metal, which is quite durable and generally considered to be very resistant to wear. The addition of copper fortifies rose gold and provides it with strength and durability that makes each rose gold wedding band we create suited to a lifetime of wear.

What is a rose gold wedding ring?

A rose gold wedding ring is simply any wedding ring crafted from rose gold. Rose gold is an alloy that typically consists of yellow gold, copper, and often other metals such as silver . At Larsen Jewellery, we generally craft our women’s and men’s rose gold wedding rings from 18ct gold (75% gold, 25% copper and other metals) which balances the purity of gold and the strength of the copper, while capturing the signature pink hue that delights so many wearers.
