Before visiting Larsen Jewellery, we had already been to two other jewellers. By chance, after seeing another jeweller, we called Larsen to check for availability and were warmly greeted by Celeste when we arrived.Right away, Celeste dove into discussing our vision for an engagement ring. She provided invaluable guidance and advice, far beyond what we had received from other jewellers. We had been to 2 other jewellers before attending our initial consultation with Jacinta at Larsen, but neither had quite felt right. Larsen was strongly recommended to me by a friend who received a beautiful custom made Harry Potter themed engagement ring over 2 years ago. A colleague at work had also purchased an engagement ring from Larsen. My partner and I felt immediately at ease with Jacinta's warm, genuine and enthusiastic service, and we were able to quickly settle on a ring design and book in a subsequent consultation to decide on the size of the diamond. Jacinta asked me whether I liked flowers and designed a cute little tulip setting for the main diamond. I was very indecisive about the size of the diamond, but Jacinta was very patient and helped me to view the diamonds in different ways to help me make a decision. She helped me to iron out the claw design detail over email as well and sent me updated drawings to make sure I was happy with it.When the ring was ready, my partner and I were meant to go pick up the ring together as we were already engaged, but (luckily as it turned out), Larsen only emailed my partner when the ring was ready. My partner took the opportunity to pick up the ring without my knowledge, and Jacinta played along when I emailed her to ask about the ring. I was then surprised on the weekend by another proposal with the beautiful ring! :D Thanks Jacinta and the rest of the Larsen team for the amazing service, I love my two-toned ring and can't stop looking at it!

We asked Alex to help us design our engagement ring, and he did an exceptional job. We had a rough idea of the design we wanted, and through thoughtful consultations, he brought our vision to life with a stunning custom design. Alex also helped us choose the perfect diamond that fit within our budget. He did a nice sketch and the Larsen team did renders of what the final result would look like which was great to ensure the design was how we wanted. The final result is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier. We’re incredibly grateful for his expertise and the greater Larsen team. We would highly recommend Larsen to anyone looking for a bespoke engagement ring.💍
