We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all online orders. Please note that this offer is applicable only for shipments to residential or commercial addresses; we do not ship to PO Boxes. Additionally, our shipping services are limited to domestic deliveries, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Upon placing your order, our dedicated team begins the meticulous process of crafting and preparing your bespoke jewellery. Dispatch and production times vary depending on the type of jewellery piece ordered. Refer to the individual product page for a production time estimate or reach out to your nearest studio for more information.
To ensure transparency and manage expectations, we provide estimated delivery times according to Australia Post’s shipping estimates. Please refer to the table below for an overview of shipping times based on your state.

To ensure the security of your purchase, a signature will be required upon delivery. If the delivery is to a work address, please be aware that our responsibility concludes upon obtaining a signature, even if it is not from the customer themselves.
All packages dispatched by Larsen Jewellery are fully insured until the point of delivery. We utilize Australia Post’s tracking services, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment and ensuring a reliable and transparent delivery process.
Your parcel will not display any Larsen Jewellery branding to maintain the element of surprise for your special occasion. The sender’s name on the parcel will simply read “Larsen”.
At this time, we are not able to provide international shipping. We suggest reaching out to one of our studios to discuss alternative arrangements before placing an order.
For added convenience, online purchasers have the option to pick up their orders from the nearest Larsen Jewellery studio. Please note that the individual collecting the order must present the credit card used for the purchase, valid identification, and a copy of the order confirmation.
We strongly recommend bringing your jewellery to us in person for returns, resizing, and annual servicing whenever possible. In case shipping is necessary, please contact us in advance to receive detailed instructions on safely shipping the item.
While we offer free shipping for delivering online orders, we kindly request customers to cover the shipping charges for returns, resizing, or annual servicing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe arrival of the item at Larsen Jewellery. In the rare event of a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will reimburse any shipping costs incurred. Additionally, customers will incur a shipping charge if we need to return the item.
