Ben’s 35 plus years in the jewellery trade has taken him from Brisbane, to Perth and now to Melbourne, learning new techniques from some of the most talented craftspeople, and getting to work with the most beautiful metals and gems available. Ben feels extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to pass on his knowledge and expertise, training six other young apprentices to become qualified jewellers.
Ben thoroughly enjoys the creative process of engineering a piece, figuring out how to bring out the best in design and functionality so that it will be a joy for the client to wear for a lifetime. A piece that they will cherish and pass on to the next generation.
