1. The new customer (person or people being referred) must not have made a prior purchase from Larsen Jewellery, whether as an individual or as part of a couple. A couple is considered a single entity for this promotion, not two separate individuals.
2. The advocate (the person referring) must be an existing Larsen customer who has already made a purchase over $1,000 from Larsen Jewellery (excluding gift vouchers).
3. The new customer must proceed with a purchase exceeding $5,000, which must include a custom-made piece of jewellery (a loose stone on its own does not qualify).
4. No other discounts or promotions can be used in conjunction with this referral program.
5. The new customer must mention the discount code REFER1 and provide the name of the advocate at the time of purchase.
6. If all the conditions are met:
•The advocate receives a $500 gift card.
•The new customer receives a 5% discount on their initial purchase (with a maximum discount value of $500).
7. There is no limit to how many people an advocate can refer. For each new customer that meets the terms and conditions, the advocate receives a $500 gift card.
8. Gift cards are sent out 3 months after the collection of the new customer’s initial purchase to avoid spoiling any surprises.
9. If the new customer’s purchase is cancelled or refunded, the advocate’s reward will be revoked.
10. Larsen Jewellery reserves the right to verify that referrals are genuine and to disqualify self-referrals or fraudulent referrals.
11. Gift vouchers will only be issued for new customers who pay a deposit after 27/2/2025 and cannot be issued retrospectively.
12. Larsen Jewellery reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral program at any time.
13. This promotion will run from 27/2/2025 until 01/09/2025. If the terms and conditions change, only orders placed before the change will be honoured under the previous terms.
Wedding Ring Engraving Promotion
Eligibility: This promotion entitles eligible Larsen Jewellery email subscribers to a complimentary engraving on wedding rings when purchased either online or in-store between June 12th, 2025 and July 12th, 2025 (inclusive). To qualify, customers must have received the promotional communication via email and place a new order during the promotion period; orders where a deposit has already been paid in full or partial payment prior to this date are not eligible.
Engraving Details: Engraving is limited to simple alphanumeric characters (A-Z & 1-2), with a maximum of 20 characters per ring. Engravings outside of the 20-character limit will incur a fee in accordance with Larsen Jewellery’s pricing. Complex text – including symbols, emojis or text outside of alphanumeric characters are excluded from this offer.
Redemption: To redeem this promotion, customers must either visit us in-store or book a virtual consultation with one of our designers. This offer is not applicable to purchases or bookings made solely online without speaking to a team member. As each order is custom, it must be placed directly through a consultation so we can confirm design details and apply the offer at the time of purchase.
Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount, holds no cash value, and is not redeemable for credit or exchange.

July Engagement Ring Promotion
To be eligible for this offer, an initial payment on an engagement ring must be made during the month of July 2025.
Deposits cannot be backdated under any circumstances.
The engagement ring purchase must include a centre stone to qualify.
The credit issued is valid until July 31st 2026.
The credit is redeemable only on a pair (2) of wedding rings.
The credit is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
The credit is not redeemable for cash.
