From start to finish, her service was exceptional. Jacinta was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the entire design process with patience and attention to detail. No request was too small, and she always made sure we were happy with every step. Jacinta and Larsen’s customer service was top-notch – always available to answer questions and provide expert advice. My partner and I worked with Fleur at Larsen to design several beautiful pieces of jewellery for both our engagement and wedding, between 2023-2025. Over this journey Fleur has been incredible to work with, from keeping my Wife’s engagement ring design a complete and special surprise, to tailoring wedding rings that perfectly suited both of us.
