Got in touch with Alex to make a custom ring for my (now) fiance and he was great. Even though I wasn't able to attend in person (which is recommended) and probably wrecked his head with emails constantly changing my mind about things he was always so helpful and responsive. He went through everything in detail and explained everything in the process too. I just gave my partner her ring and she thinks it is the most beautiful thing she's ever seen and is now planning to get further jewellery and wedding bands made by them. Could not recommend them more to anyone interested in getting a ring who like me has no real idea on what they're doing
