Are pink diamonds expensive?
Yes, pink diamonds are expensive. They are increasingly rare which means they are around 10x more expensive than the same carat weight of white diamonds. The deeper shades of pink with strong magenta or fuchia tones are even more expensive. The most expensive pink diamonds come from the Argyle mine in Western Australia which ceased mining operations in 2020.
Can I have more than one diamond or stone in my engagement ring?
Yes, you can have more than one stone in your engagement ring. You can make a three stone ring, which has a rich and representative history, or you can add a bit of extra sparkle with side stones on the band, accent stones in the design or other hidden details. The sky is the limit, and our jewellers are happy to speak to you about creating your perfect design with as many diamonds as you desire.
