Is a proposal ring suited for everyday wear?

We wouldn’t recommend it for everyday wear over a long period of time. It’s made to be a temporary placeholder until you have your perfect engagement ring.

Can it be resized?

No, our proposal rings can’t be resized; if it’s still unworn, we’re happy to exchange it for one of our standard sizes (XS, S, M, L).

Is a proposal ring the same as an engagement ring?

Yes – most commonly, proposal rings are temporary engagement rings to be used for the proposal and worn while a couple decides on the final design of the ring. This can help a proposal be about the moment, rather than the ring.

I went with Celeste to have a custom ring designed for my fiancè, I visited quite a few jewellers around the city and within 5 minutes of meeting her, I knew this who I was going to go with (and the cost was pretty much on par with the far less personalised experience I got at other stores).
