What are the benefits of an oval engagement ring?
Oval diamonds have an elongated shape and a bigger face, which have two major benefits: it can make your finger look longer, and from above, it can look like you have a larger diamond than the same carat weight in a round cut.
What are cathedral shoulders on a ring?
Cathedral shoulders, also sometimes called a cathedral setting, are a way to securely mount your chosen stone (and its setting) onto the band. This style has a graceful curve and arch that often brings the eye towards the centre stone (oval or otherwise). It can even make the centre stone appear larger!
What if I want a different diamond cut?
We can absolutely custom make an engagement ring for you with a different cut of diamond, aside from oval. If you prefer a design we already have available, we have the Tulip, which is a round brilliant cut, and the Ballerina, which comes in a number of different cuts, including pear, princess, and marquise, among others.
What if I want a different centre stone?
We can absolutely custom make this ring with a different oval cut centre stone. We also have the lovely Osiris Champagne oval engagement ring design.
