Jacinta was helpful and approachable from start to finish. I got a custom ring during lockdown and Jacinta kept me updated throughout the lockdown and restrictions period.I remember it was very daunting and nerve raking visiting a jewellery store for the first time without knowing anything about diamonds or rings but Jacinta was very knowledgeable and assisted me greatly in designing the ring I had in mind. I could also tell that she was very passionate about her job and very excited to help me with my journey.I also remember leaving the store that she never really pressured me in going over my budget or trying to upsell any items.I look forward to visiting Jacinta in the store again when I start thinking about wedding rings!
