I was looking around for reputable jewellers to help me with a design for an engagement ring. Larsen had a lot of good reviews so I decided to go in for a consultation. I met one of the workers there (unfortunately they are no longer there), but she was great and walked me through their different styles. I did research prior so I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted. After going through their options, I settled on the design I wanted. I wasn't sure about my partner's ring size so they gave me a kit so I could find out what it is. I let them know what the rings size was and after some time, it was finished and it turned out amazing. My partner is so happy with it. I was told since I bought the engagement ring there, if we got Wedding rings through them as well, we'd get a discount. After being so happy with the engagement ring, of course it made sense to go back to them. We were dealing with Emma who was great. Very patient as it took maybe a bit longer to through the designs for each of our Wedding rings. We picked out what we wanted and let them take care of the rest. It did seem to take a bit longer than I thought, so I emailed them to enquire about the progress, they said it was ready for collection. But, this part wasn't their fault, I went through my junk mail and saw that someone else from Larsen did say that the rings were ready for pickup. It was just unfortunate it went to my junk mailbox. We picked up the rings and couldn't be happier. Thanks so much for the rings, great quality, great customer service, highly recommend!

My fiancée and I designed our engagement ring together with Larsen after a few months of attending appointments at similar jewellers across the city. We had an excellent experience with Maddy and are stoked at the final result. Maddy’s experience and willingness to give us real feedback really made the difference when putting together a custom design, compared to all the other sales consultants we visited who would just tell us how wonderful and perfect everything was to try and get a sale. I came in with a specific vision for a round diamond in a custom cathedral setting, and Fleur brought it to life perfectly. She paid great attention to every single detail and guided me every step of the way during the process. We will definitely be returning in the future for wedding bands!

Really fantastic service from Alex. We came in not knowing what we wanted and not knowing much about engagement rings. Alex clearly explained the process to us, worked within our budget, was able to sketch different designs with us, guided us through the whole process with good communication, and to boot made us an amazing ring which we’re over the moon with.
