I booked an engagement ring appointment with Fleur, she sent me an email to help me find the store which made everything very easy.

When I arrived she was easy to speak to, gave me lots of options to try on, and was clear with designs and pricing. It was a great atmosphere and comfortable for couples.

Overall, I would recommend them.

I went with Celeste to have a custom ring designed for my fiancè, I visited quite a few jewellers around the city and within 5 minutes of meeting her, I knew this who I was going to go with (and the cost was pretty much on par with the far less personalised experience I got at other stores).

She is a lovely person, a clear communicator and really truly loves what she does.
Then there was the ring, it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. My partner thinks so too, I cannot recommend the services of Larsen enough. Don't waste time going to lots of places like I did, this is THE PLACE.

Emma at Larsen Jewellery was honestly amazing, Designing an engagement ring as a surprise felt pretty overwhelming at first, but Emma made the whole process feel easy and exciting. She took the time to explain everything, answered every question I had (there were a lot haha), and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Her knowledge and calm reassurance meant I never once felt stressed, and the end result was perfect!! Couldn’t be happier!.
