Of the jewellers we initially visited, Larsen were a stand out for their customer service alone. From the first appointment, Fleur made the entire process of designing our engagement ring so easy and enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure our ring was perfect for us. It was so special to see Fleur draw our ideas right in front of us. We love the ring, and are already looking forward to making our wedding bands with Larsen.

Great experience with Larsen jewellery having an engagement ring made for my now fiance. Celeste was great at guiding me through the whole process, explaining everything in simple terms and making sure I/we got exactly what we wanted. she was very personable which made the whole process really easy and enjoyable! The end result looks amazing and we are both v happy. Cannot recommend Larsen enough!

His expertise and transparency when it came to choosing the diamond was amazing. The quality of the final ring is incredible and my (new) fiancée was absolutely blown away. Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommend these guys in melbourne , I had jacinta help me design and create the best engagement ring very detailed and turned out exactly how they designed it , also very friendly and easy to deal with , also fair prices too . Will definitely be going back for ant custom jewellery in future
