If you're looking to get a custom piece of jewellery made, or are just not sure what you are doing, I cannot recommend the team at Larsen Jewellery enough.My first experience with a jeweller (not at Larsen) to get a custom engagement ring made actually put me off getting something made quite a bit. It didn't feel like we were working towards the same thing and I would just be settling rather than getting what I was after.I was recommended Larsen and from the moment the process started it was different. Before my appointment I was already being asked questions to make sure they were ready, and once at my appointment Alex had already done up a beautiful sketch of a ring design based on the details I had provided.It was comfortable, supportive, seamless, it felt like Alex and the team were excited to make something with me and get it to be exactly what I was after or better. I was encouraged to ask questions, make criticisms or suggestions, use whatever materials I originally planned. This is all on top of the advice given with the design for practicality, insurance, safety etc.I will be coming back in future to get wedding bands made and look forward to going through the process again.
